

Treasurer: Bruce S. Weisberg, a resident of Natick, is a Senior Vice
President and Real Property Manager at Middlesex Savings Bank and
has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. In
addition to his role as Treasurer of Leadership MetroWest, Bruce is also
a member of the Natick Recreation and Parks Commission, Treasurer-
Kids Connect, Inc., Chairman-Natick Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Co-
Chairman-Natick Community Development Advisory Committee,
Chairman-Friends of the 4th of July, Inc., Assistant Treasurer-Natick
Center Associates, Advisory Board member-Natick Community Organic
Farm, Member-Greater Boston Business Council, Member-Greater
Boston Banker’s Association and a Member of the MetroWest ESL
Fundraising Committee.
Bruce is a 2001 graduate of the MetroWest Leadership Academy, a 2006
graduate of the Bank Administration Institute Graduate School of
Technology and Operations at Vanderbilt University, a 1999 graduate of
the Bank Administration Institute Graduate School of Retail Bankingat the
University of Wisconsin, a 1988 graduate of the New England School of
Banking at Williams College, a 1980 graduate of the Whittemore School
of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire, and
recently completed his Real Property Administrator certification (RPA)
program at the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) in 2009.

Bob Berman, a resident of Framingham, is the President of Boston
Technology Advisors, Inc., an IT consulting firm serving small to
mid-sized businesses throughout Massachusetts .Bob is an activist who
has been involved with several community organizations in the
MetroWest area. He currently serves on the Executive Council of the
Framingham Civic League and is on the Board of Directors of Jewish
Family Services of MetroWest. In addition, Bob has served on numerous
municipal boards and commissions in Framingham.
Bob earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Framingham State
College and a Master's degree in Leadership Studies from the University
of San Diego.Bob is an alumnus of the Leadership Academy Class of
2007. He is the proud father of two children, Melanie and Joshua, and his
wife Lisa is a first grade teacher.

Chairman: Marc Goldstein, a resident of Cambridge, is a Principal in
Beveridge & Diamond's Wellesley office. His real estate development,
land use, and zoning law practice focuses on the representation of
builders, developers, and property owners seeking all types of permits
and approvals. Prior to joining Beveridge & Diamond, he served as Town
Counsel and Special Town Counsel for municipalities at a major Boston
law firm.
Marc received his J.D. in 1997 from Harvard Law School, where he was a
member of the Board of Student Advisers. He received a B.A. from
Lehigh University in 1994 with majors in journalism and economics, where
he was editor in chief of the semi-weekly newspaper. He is admitted to
the Massachusetts Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, and was named
a “Rising Star” by Boston Magazine in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Marc is an
alumnus of the Leadership Academy Class of 2007. Marc and his wife
are amateur winemakers, making wine under their own Fainwood label.

Susanne Conley, a resident of Framingham, is Vice President for
Enrollment and Student Development, at Framingham State College.
Dr. Conley leads a college division dedicated to supporting students
throughout every phase of their college experience.
Since 1995, as director of Framingham State College’s writing center,
associate dean of academic affairs, and as dean of students, Susanne
has been influential in many innovative programs, including the honors
program, e-portfolios, student retention, orientation and first-year
programs.
A graduate of Framingham State College with a BA magna cum laude in
history in 1990, Susanne then spent five years at Brandeis University,
where she earned a master’s in history and was director of the university
writing center. Susanne earned her doctorate in higher education
administration from UMass Boston in 2007. She is on the Board of
Trustees for United Way Tri-County and on the Steering Committee for
the Women's Leadership Council. Susanne is an alumna of the
Leadership Academy class of 2001.

Vice Chairman: Marc Terry, a resident of Ashland, is a partner at
Mirick O’Connell in their Westborough office and specializes in the firm's
Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Group. Marc concentrates
his practice in the representation of employers in disputes with unions
and in other employment-related matters. He has represented clients
before the state and federal courts, and has argued before the State
Appeals Court. Marc often speaks at seminars on the topics of the
FMLA, the ADA; wage and hour laws; employee handbooks; workplace
investigations and independent contractors.
Marc is an alumnus of the Leadership Academy Class of 2004. He is a
member of the Corridor 9 Chamber of Commerce, Economic
Development Committee, a vice-president of the MetroWest Human
Resource Management Association and serves on the Massachusetts
Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section, Liaison Committee to
the Attorney General's Fair Labor Practices Division. He is a member of
the Ashland Affordable Housing Trust Committee. Marc received his
J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1996, and his B.A.
from Boston University in 1991. Marc and his wife have two children.
Clerk: Susan Nicholl, a resident of Framingham, is a graduate of the
Leadership Academy Class of 2005. Susan is currently the chair of the
Board's LMW Alumni Association Committee. Her professional speciality
is nonprofit management. She is the technical assistance consultant to
the Institute for Nonprofit Development in north central Massachusetts
and is the chair of the Metrowest Nonprofit Network. Previous to that,
she spent 2-1/2 years managing the creation of the Massachusetts
Nonprofit Network.
Susan's other "civic engagement" (a nice phrase for "volunteer")
activities have been primarily in the area of education. In fact, she
attended Leadership Academy as a representative of the Framingham
Education Foundation, which she chaired at the time. Susan's career
began as the editor of regional and national magazines based in Denver
and Washington, D.C.
Brad Bauler, a resident of Framingham is a graduate of the Leadership
Academy Class of 2010. Brad is the Precinct 13 Vice Chairman on Town
Meeting and is active with the Standing Committee on Public Safety and
the Committee to Elect Chris Walsh State Representative. In his
professional life, Brad serves as Director of the Office of Development &
Alumni Relations at New England Law | Boston. Previous to that he
served as strategic counsel to innovative leaders through Bauler
Consulting for ten years specializing in strategic planning, leadership
development, partnership brokering and resource development to
government agencies, national non-profits, political campaigns and
global humanitarian programs.
Brad is the third former Peace Corps Volunteer on our LMW Board
(along with David Magnani and Stephen Rathmill) and he is fluent in
Spanish. He earned an undergraduate degree at the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill and did his graduate study at the Boston
University School of Public Communications.
Brad has served as Asst. Dean for Development and Alumni Affairs at
the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, as Dep. Director for the National
Center for the Advancement of Prevention, as Director of Development
and Communications for the River Blindness Foundation, and senior
external affairs executive at the North Shore Medical Center, the Visiting
Nurse Association of Boston and The Cooley Dickinson Hospital in
Northampton, MA.
Heather Jack, a resident of Ashland, has extensive experience in the
private as well as the nonprofit sector. She worked in the legal industry
until 2002, when after the birth of her daughter, she founded a nonprofit
called The Volunteer Family, which helps families, especially those with
children, find volunteer opportunities that they can do together. She is
currently managing a service learning program on behalf of The Highland
Street Foundation that encourages and teaches youth about community
service, nonprofit careers, and effective philanthropy.
Heather is also a managing partner with Massachusetts Nonprofit
Support Services (MNSS), which provides professional expertise to
nonprofit organizations who are in transition. Heather has taught
programs at both Tufts University and Babson University, and has been
featured in numerous publications such as Family Circle, Parenting
Magazine, and the New York Times. She is a graduate of the Leadership
MetroWest Academy class of 2007. Her husband, Phil, is a graduate of
the class of 2006.
